At Lifetrack, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines our terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume order cycles, processing and shipping times may be extended.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it is considered in transit and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are already in transit.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not issue refunds for:

Orders that are already in transit

Delayed deliveries caused by carriers, customs, or high-volume periods

Incorrect address details provided by the customer

Change of mind after shipment

Items ordered for time-sensitive purposes (gifts, medical needs, events, holidays, etc.)
- For safety and hygiene reasons, any equipment that has been assembled, installed, or used is not eligible for return or refund. To ensure the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been fully removed from their protective packaging or wrapping. However, returns will be accepted for equipment that has not been assembled and remains in its original, unused condition with all packaging and protective materials intact.
If a refund is approved, it may be issued as:

Store credit, or

A refund to the original payment method (15% Restocking & handling fees are deducted from Original payment amount)
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, not installed, and in original packaging
- For safety and hygiene reasons, any equipment that has been assembled, installed, or used is not eligible for return or refund. To ensure the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been fully removed from their protective packaging or wrapping. Proof of delivery and order number are required
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Returned items that show signs of use, wear, installation, or tampering will not be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photo or video evidence is required
We reserve the right to offer a replacement rather than a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier congestion, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
